. Shine clears stagnant energy and leaves you feeling alert and cheerful. The base oil is a combination of herbs, milk thistle and jojoba oil to stimulate the flow of energy in the body. The essential oils transform tiredness, have a revitalising and refreshing effect and help you to enjoy the day with a smile.
Application
Apply Shine to the clean palm of your hand and gently rub your palms together. Now hold over your nose and inhale deeply for at least 3 breaths, and preferably longer. Now dab on the pulse points: the inside of the wrists, the navel, the top of the spine and the soles of the feet. Use in the morning and during the day as required.
